Hymalayas is published by Superidea Studio (Oslo, Norway). By downloading the app from the App Store, you agree to Apple’s standard end-user licence and to the terms outlined below.

The short version

Use the app for personal practice. Do not redistribute, reverse engineer, or repackage it. Your in-app data is yours: its meaning is read only on your device, and while your practice syncs to your own private account so it follows you, we never sell it or share it. Subscription terms, where applicable, are managed by Apple through your App Store account.
